Do you ship around the world?
Yes, we ship to the majority of countries around the world. Please be aware that you may have additional charges like VAT or import tax. The recipient of your order may be liable to pay duty before
receiving the package. We cannot take responsibility for these added costs. For certain sized products
and various shipping destinations, an application for a shipping price may be necessary. If you
have any queries regarding shipping costs please email the email@example.com.
Sold Out Products – Can I still get the product?
If a product is displayed as Sold Out then it is likely to be back in production within a couple of
weeks. If the product has been discontinued it will be removed off the site permanently.
If you are an retailer, architect or interior designer we are happy to offer discount rates.

Can I return my purchase if it’s damaged or broken?
Yes, if an item arrives at your doorstep damaged; we can either refund the original purchase price
(including the shipping) or send a replacement.
